MASALA PEANUTS


4 cups dry roasted, salted peanuts
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
2 - 4 tsp finely minced ginger
1 green chili finely chopped
1/2 tsp or more chili powder
lemon juice to taste (about 2 Tbsp)
salt to taste
Toss and serve immediately as an appetizer, salad or side dish.
